NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE

ANNUAL VILLAGE MEETING

Will be held on THURSDAY 15th MAY 2025 at 7.00pm

at Cassel Hall, West Street, Lilley

for the purpose of transacting the business set out in this agenda and members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend this meeting.

  1. To receive the report from the County Councillor.

 

  1. To receive the report from the District Councillor. 
  2. To receive reports from organisations in the village.

 

  1. To receive questions from residents.   This is a public meeting and not a Parish Council meeting, although typically chaired by the Parish Council chairman. All residents are welcome to attend; electors can speak on any village matter and ask questions about the reports.
