Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of Lilley Parish Council will be held at Cassel Hall, West Street, Lilley LU2 8LH on Thursday 16th May 2024 at 8.00pm for the purpose of transacting the business set out in the agenda below and members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend this meeting. Members of the press and public are invited to attend.

3. To receive and approve apologies for absence

4.1 To receive declarations of interest from Councillors relating to items on the agenda;

13.1 To amend the recreation ground hire policy regarding the use of fireworks
13.2 To approve the instigation of the co-option process on 24th May should an election not be called prior to 23rd May
13.3 To discuss increasing the number of cuts of the recreation ground and approve any costs
13.4 To discuss cleaning of the mats in the play area and approve any costs and actions
13.5 To discuss the renovation of the war memorial and approve any actions and costs
